7:30am - Judges Briefing
8:00-8:30am - Athlete Check-in/Heat Assignments
8:30am - Athlete Briefing/Movement Standards Review
9am - WOD 1 begins
4pm(approx) - Award ceremony

There will be an one hour break between the last heat of WOD 2 and the first heat of WOD 3.
